1. What sizes do your T-shirts come in?  

Our T-shirts are available in sizes S to 6XL

(An additional fee applies to sizes 2X and larger.)

2. How do I care for my Snapkins T-shirt?

We recommend washing your T-shirt inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low. Avoid using bleach, and iron inside out if necessary to preserve the design.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically process within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days for standard shipping within the U.S.

4. Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times vary based on location, so please check our shipping policy for more details.

5. Can I return or exchange my T-shirt?

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Please visit our return policy page for more information on how to initiate a return or exchange.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods to make your shopping experience smooth and easy.

7. Do you offer custom T-shirt designs?  

No, not at this time. 

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to check your order status anytime.

9. What do I do if I received a defective item? 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
